Web Reporting with SAP integrated ITS

Dear all,

currently we have implemented an ITS Szenario to access/execute an ABAP report via the internet.

The report ist being addressed bay the following link:

http://server:port/scripts/wgate/xgwfc/!?_service=XGWFC&_FUNCTION=WWW_GET_REPORT&_REPORT=ZPZ0026S&_VARIANT=5911

As you can see the standard ITS implementation is used with function modules such as WWW_GET_REPORT ect....

Now we would like to use the SAP integrated ITS as we employ SAP ECC 6.0 with SAP WAS included.

According to the notes it is now possible to refrain from using the third party server-> server:port and to

do this directly in SAP.

How could this be achieved, how would the link look like and what additional /new settings are necessary.

There is one question remaining:

Given the example of triggering the transaction SU01 via the Webinterface I was wondering how to pass

the username into the field. The field in your examle is blank.

Is the any possibility to provide the user name or what would be best a variant in the URL to execute the transaction.

Hello Bernd,

Unfortunately Web Reporting is not supported with the Integrated ITS. Please see note 709038, WebRFC is still supported using the ICF, but not Web Reporting. Thanks.
