Report Layout !!

Dear SAP Guru's,

I have a Report Customer Ageing

There is a drill down when clicking on the Sales Values it goes to Report - FBL5n.

Now My problem is there are 2 USERS using the Same report

1. FIUSER

2. SDUSER

Please help me out whether in the Same Report FBL5n we can assign two Layout depending Upon the users Seperatly.

I mean FIuser will see the FBL5n report with different Layout format

& the SDUSER with different Layout format.

Hi,

There is an option of Saving the Variant & Layout of the report... pls check on that option it can be set user specific. Pls aks ur abaper help to how to call it in the Z report.

Hello,

I don't think you can have different layouts for a report for different users. You may create variant for the users and advice them to select those accordingly while executing the report.

Hi,

One option you can control this through authorisation. Sd user will not be have authorisation for FBL5N.

Both the users have authorization for the report FBL5n.

Can we set some user parameter in the Set Data.
