problem: software component version not existing

i have a working scenario in production environment,

when i click a particular message mapping, it gives the following error:

Is the GUID of the SWCV the Object Version ID of that SWCV?

How can i install the software component,

moreover, i cant check the version ID from the rwb->java cache, because there is some problem with opening RWB, where the explorer is giving some error
