Hi,

I have a CIF block that says:

Planned order version 7 is not valid on finish date 12.09.2008

When I look at details:

====

Here are some more details:

Cl:001

User: BCKUSER (this is the background user name we use for executing jobs)

Function Module: CIF_ORDER_INBOUND_30A

Queue name: CFIP8000007157892

Destination: PR1CLNT150 ( Our R/3 system)

Date: 08/25/2008

Time:02:35:12

Status: Planned order version 7 is not valid on finish date 12.09.2008

TID: XXXXXXXXXXXXX

Host: uemep047

Transaction:

program: /SAPAPO/BACKGROUND_SCHEDULING

Rpts 0000

===

I learned that the CFIXXX gives the order number but the number that I see here can't be found anywhere.

How do I clear this CIF block?

Thanks.

Hi Visu,

Q Name follows below nomenclature:

CF(IP)(GUID or order number )

IP- planned order or process order or production order.

You can check in RRP2 in APO orders and see log.

(By this you will come to know material and plant for which issue is there.)

Check master data for material and also check Production version validity in MRP4 view.

Also SLG1 or /SAPAPO/CQ should give you good details by time and date in Queue block.

Also check whether order is there in live cache by GUID (om16, om19)

Of this CFIP8000007157892,see if 7157892 or some other number like 8000007157892 is planned order in R3 MD13....If you find so then calculate the total lead time required for that planned order Qty....based on scheduling direction check the planned order start date or end date..see if that falls beyond PPM Valdiity or Planned Order Valitity period in APO...

Thanks Thukral, Harish and Sai for the help.

I finally discovered that PPM for version7 in APO has a vlidaity date until 9999 but the BOM in R/3 was changed to 2007. This never got CIFed to APO so there are planned orders generated for version7 but are getting stuck in outbound queue.
