We just went live at a site today here is the issue:
Per our discussion earlier today, Customer Service folks here n are trying to print CofAu2019s to an HP Laserjet (model 4300DTN) via the SAP LOCL printer device and the generated CofA on this printer is not printing correctly. Graphics are missing, along with substantial missing info in the left margin of the document (e.g. header info such as product, delivery, batch, etc. and the Test/Standard descriptions). Not sure if this is related to the SAP printer fonts for this output, but we used to have to play with these settings for barcode-enabled documents.
Anybody have a suggestion?
Thank-You
Try to create that printer's logical desitination in the SAP. Basis guys can help you out in this.
Than use this printer instead of the LOCL to generate the print.

Mostly, basis team will solve your problem. If you are trying to print double digit character(ex: Asian fonts) make sure your printer is unicode enabled.
