QM13 - Not working

Hi Gurus,

QM13 is standard report for list of tasks. I am in 4.7.

This report is not displaying any data for the notification types that I have created by copying standard ones. It displays all the tasks properly for standard notification types like F1, F2 , Q1 etc.

I am wondering whether I have missed something in IMG. Can anybody help ??

Hello Tiago,

could you please ensure that the created notifications are QM notifications, if this is not the case you could try using IQS9 for the same purpose.

It is very strange, I have the entire configuration like the notifications that are working.

One question, when you say:

"Check the notification category is 03 for QM Notifications

01 Plant maintenance

02 Quality Notification

03 Service Notification

04 Claim

05 General Notification"

You meant Check the notification category is 02 for QM Notifications, right?

Hello Tiago,

the only explaination I can see is the notification type you created is not a QM notification.

To test start the transaction QCC2 -> Notification Creation -> Notification Types -> Define Notification Types

Mark the notification type you created -> Look at the details

Check the notification catagory is 03 for QM Notifications

01 Plant maintenance

02 Quality Notification

03 Service Notification

04 Claim

05 General Notification

Also ensure that the combination with the Notification Origin makes sense:

The screen sequence control is determined in the system for

PM notifications

- malfunction reports

- activity reports

- maintenance requests

Service notifications

- customer reports

- service reqests

QM Notifications

- customer complaints

- notifications of defects to vendors

- internal problem notifications

If this is not possible then I would use IQS9 to see any type of notification.

I tried the transaction IQS9 and it works, is there a reason for this?
