Delins - partner description

Hello Experts,

Does anyone use partner description (VLPKM-KNREF) in scheduling agreement? It seems to be necessary in determining correct scheduling agreement by IDoc.

Where You maintain it in va32, or it is maintained in other way? I know t-code OVAI.

Hi,

Yes the set up is mandatory in OVAI and OVA9 for any DELINS idocs to find the correct schedule agreement. If this is not maintained it will not find the schedule agreement. One more thing is just an FYI partner description means Ship to code of the customer who is sending the Delins IDOC.

So the only place where it's maintained is in customizing (ovai, ova9). No further data should be carry out in a scheduling agreement?

My scenario is complicated because our customer use one partner number (logical system) to send us delivery schedules for several scheduling agreements (stand out by different sold to and ship to party). System has a problem with finding the right one agreement.
