Hi,
I have deployed ESS/MSS Busimness package in EP 7.0.
There are various standard iView provided by SAP which are ABAP WebDynpro. But in my Buisness Package any of th ABAP WebDynpro Package are not working.
I tried to test it from backend side. There it's working fine.
I tried to create an ABAP WebDynpro and tried to call it thru iView for ABAP WebDynpro. But it didn't worked
After that i tried it call thru URL ivIew then it's working fine.
According to my knowledge, i think we have to just use SICF t-code to activate this WebDynpro service and use FQDN for WAS and ITS only. I have done that also.... but still it didn't work.
So anyone can pls suggest me what could be the problem or whether did i miss some configuration to be done or any thing required to execute this ABAP WebDynpro .
Thanks and Regards,
Jigar Oza.
hi..issuee resolved..path in WAS was improperly configured..path should be /sap/bc/webdynpro/sap

Hi Jigar,
Have you maintained the backend ECC system with proper alias name in portal
(SAP_ECC_Common,SAP_ECC_Financials,SAP_ECC_HumanResources,SAP_ITS_XSS,SAP_R3_HumanResources)
If you have already maintained these, what is the error that occured ?

Trikanth

Hi,
Please define "not working". We had a similar problem where the iView based on WD ABAP appeared to go into an infinite loop. We discovered that for defining a WD ABAP iView, you need to type the application name in UPPERCASE characters when defining the iView. After doing that, it worked like a charm!

Walter
