WBSE are missing in a report

Hi Friends

I have created a Sales Order and many line items in it and taken account assignment as WBSE . I have activated automatic revenue planning through Sales Order in planning profile. So , now when i execute a report to see plan revenue for my project , the issue what i am facing is that some WBSE against which i have done revenue planning in SO are not appearing in the report hence report showing wrong Plan Revenue. I have also checked Operative indicator " Billing" for all WBSE . Please suggest me how to overcome this problem as it is very important.

Hi,

The problem could be with revenue account determination in sales order (Xn:VOKA).Open the sales order->Environment->Analysis-> Account determination. See whether revenue account is determined for the line items under quetion - most likely no!!. If so, maintain proper accounts (SPRO->Sales and Disribution->Basic Functions _Account determination). Account may be maintained both under KOFK & KOFI.

Pl check and revert.

Hi,

Ensure u have maintained billing plan for all the line items in SO in which u are looking for planned revenue.

Check time frame maintained in planning profile covers billing dates (year) in billing schedule maintained in SO.

Other than this I dont see any reason y it shud nt appear.
