problem in chinese translation

Hi All,

I am working on chinese translations. I am using IE 7.0, in which i hv selected language as Chinese (PRC) [zh-CN]. Even after deploying the text is still cummin in english. Kindly provide some help in resolving this issue.

Hi Siddharth,

Thanks for ur help. My problem is resolved instead of using suffix zh for the xlf file if u change to *zh_CN.xlf. it works.

hi...

For a view we will be having <View Name>.wdview.xlf file which can be

viewed in the navigator.

To get the text in other language we have to add other file as

<View Name>.wdview_<countrycode>.xlf ..in your case i think for chinese it is zh... if you have not done this ...change this

This may be the problem...

Hi,

Hope you have created your "xh" file for all the .xlf files.

Try to select Chinese Instead of Chinese (China).

Once you Releoad and Rebuild you application and check once ....

Hi,

in the language settings u have to remove the existing language which in ur case must be english then add chinese. and close the browser.and try logging again.

and i hope u have created the application internationalisation in web dyn pro

Hi Nikhil,

The Sap logon pg is cummin in chinese, but my application text r not. I went to navigator view-> pckgs-> in tht created copy of xlf file for chinese and provided the translation. Same thing I had done for Japanese n its workin but chinese its not.
