Hello all,

While checking the status of earlier created shopping carts, No shopping cart is visible in the search.

However bid invitation is working smooth.

What to do?

Hi Vivek,

I think Requester can see his /her shopping carts and no one can see the shopping carts except who has the monitoring authorization role.

Ex: If you created shopping carts. But I cannot see your shopping carts even I have Employee Role and I dont have Monitoring authorization.

Other Person can see your shopping carts who has Monitoring Authorization.

have you tired the extended search -> Including Completed Shopping Carts?

I tried with extened search also but no shopping carts in there.

The shopping carts for the other logins are visible.

As per my knowledge, the shopping cart list will show only those SC created by me. I have created number of shopping cart earlier.

eventually you do check both USER role comparision. Are both users under one manager .any org different ?

version upgrades

user deletion

can cause such issues

Dear Dinesh,

I am in to an upgrade activity. is there any pre requisite that i am missing out before doing this. Even i have changed my backend system from 46C to ECC6( the integration is OK)

Has the user EMPLOYEE role?

Yes, the necessary roles are maintained even for employee as SAP_BBP_STAL_EMPLOYEE

The shopping cart list is visible to other user, I checked fot the roles and attributs but all are identical.

hope you have checked both the users for 'extended search' also.

worth to check the user in USERS_GEN for org consistency

also you can compare the auth in SU53

try to check the status in SAPGUI for the user in question

Even all signals there are green, I dnt knw whats going wrong...
