Hi Anish - Thanks for the detailed explanation. So overall, if we just use SAP PS (WBS & Network Orders) for mid-size projects handled by inhouse Engineering/Projects Department; it can cover most requirements.

Advantages in SAP PS.

Primavera is a software that helps, supports companies to work in a project environment. It is used exclusively for this.

SAP PS is an ERP system that can support all aspects of company FI, CO,SD,MM, PP, etc, and you can use many master data from other modules in PS (integration)

So in smaller project company from one country you can use Primavera it is ok, But if you have international company with many company codes, plants, stocks, project teams you will have to choose SAP. Because the most important thing in SAP PS is its strong integration with other SAP modules and flow of data from one module to other. In Primavera, this is very difficult, almost impossible according to me
