Material is not being checked for License

Hi Friends,

We seem to have a slight problem with the Material. It appears

that the product is not being checked for a licence when orders are being put on. As a result we nearly sent the product

to a customer that we did not have a licence for.

Can you look into this please and if you could let me know how we can get this grade to be checked in the ENGK database for Material.

Hi there,

When you have a lisence for a material then you either maintain the validity details in the material master or a customized table where you mainatain the validity period for a meterial.

Define a new order block or a delivery block.

In the order load include MV45AFZZ, put a customized code. The system should check the order load date is within the validity period. If no, then it should have an order block, where you cant even load the meterial into the order.

You can also have a delivery block. A customized code in SAPMV50A where the system does the above logic. If the MAD material availability date is not in the validity period, then there is a delivery block.
