Change release status of customer rebate agreement

Hi Experts,

After i created customer rebate agreement by usin TCODE /IRM/IPCRASP, how to modify release status to Blocked "A"? Currently, all fields under header part are not editable.

i create rebate agreement with the help of t-code VBO1

and for change rebate agreement t-code is VBO2

for u r release status check one thing go to t-code VB(2

AND CHECK in SETTLEMENT TAB MINIMUN STATUS

what u mention there B OR A OR ANY

then do changes what u required

thanks for your information. regarding your reply, i have following questions, could you help check them.

1. What 's the difference between TCODE VB01 and /IRM/IPCRASP.

2. If we want to change release status, we can only change it by TCODE VB02, is that right?

3. Is there any authorization limits on change release status, such as approve?
