Hi Markus,

SIR means service desk reports... using transaction code crm_dno_monitor.

Can you please provide me procedure of deleting SIR's?

Hello,

You can delete individual CRM messages in the transaction (Business Transaction --> Delete). You can use report CRM_ORDER_DELETE in SE38 to delete CRM documents en masse. We usually use a custom program (which I'm not allowed to post here, it's not mine 😕 ) to delete the associated basic notifications.

Can you confirm one more thing ? Shell I delete Single SIR by running CRM_ORDER_DELETE programme?

Hi again,

You can delete single items by restricting the report with a transaction number in the field for it, basically does the same as the manual delete from within the transaction.

Hi Patrick,

I'm unable to delete the SIR? When I"m executing the program,,,it is showing the no of deleted enteries as 0....

I need to delete a SIR. That is raised in the transaction CRM_DNO_MONITOR . with out any testplan. I'm unable to change the status of SIR.

Can you please help me in this regards?
