collective processing of deliveries

Hi,

When we process sales orders and stock transport orders through VL10H, system is picking sales orders first.

Our requirement is system should deliver the orders according to the Goods issue date. Please consider the following example:

SO Goods issue date delivery qty

1 25th 2

2 30th 2

3 29th 2

STO Goods issue Date delivery qty

1 25th 2

2 27th 2

3 26th 2

Please note that material is same for all orders.

Now, when stock available is 6 and when we do deliver system is picking all the sales orders, but we require system should allocate (deliver) the orders which are due for delivery i mean it should consider SO1STO1STO3

Could any body help me in finding the solution?

hi friend !!!

if u r sold to party and ship to party is same

then try fro VL10G

OR GO TO VL01N and click on left corner OUTBOUND DELIVERY

then select collective processing

then give desired information for selection

hope system will give due delivery data

hope it will help

Collective processing of deliveries means delivering the few order collectively. that means one delivery document for all orders.

In vl10h u can access only orders due for delivery.

first of all mark the orders line items to do collective processing deliveries.
