Hi,
If you are getting this message at the bottom of the screen, then just click on the message. You will get a window that tell you that there are some parameter values are needed to be set.
go to transaction RZ11 and set the profile parameter values as below,
a. Set the Profile Parameter login/create_sso2_ticket value to '2'.
b. Set the Profile Parameter login/accept_sso2_ticket value to '1'.

Hi,
There is no need to restart the server. Kindly recheck the profile parameter values as mentioned.
After this, you have to activate some services. For this go to transaction SICF and press F8/execute it. You will get the tree like structure.
Start expanding the tree 'default_host', and go to node sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/ai_service_connections. And activate this node by righ click->Activate. A pop up comes, just click on Yes.
After this you can check the connection again. You may get the same errors again but it will ask you to activate some other servicec from transaction SICF.
You can see the service name to activated on the screen.
Kindly reward if it is helping you.

mahantesh

Hi,
You can try after some time. It could happen because of the load on the server as the application takes more time to execute.
If recheck doesn't solve your peoblem, then search for some OSS note or consult with Basis consultant.
Let me know your server details, like versions of SOLMAN....
regards,
mahantesh

Hi,
Time out is based like ICM .
you need to set the following profile parameters to a reasonable time period in instance profile.
icm/keep_alive_timeout = 1800 sec

Hi,
URL http://sapsol.ftinvest.com:8001/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/ai_service_connections call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.
> Use tcode SICF> Activate this web services.
OR
--> Use Tcode SICF -> Click on Default Settings> right click on sap and click on Activate services.
Now you can try.
I hope this will work.
