BPM error : No Work Items Exist

With reference to the BPM related weblog

My input file is picked by sender communication channel, but have not reached on the receiver. In SXMB_MONI_BPE, I selected my service and tried to execute, the message is "No Work Items Exist".

Any suggestions on this....

Hi,

Go to SXI_CACHE and check the status of your BPM. The return status of your BPM should be 0 . If not, try to activate your BPM from there.

Also, do a semantics check on your BPM by pressing f7. It will display any semantics error if any.

Hi....

Refresh the cache.And after refreshing the cache if you face the same problem, may be your work flow items are blocked. So ask the basis people to release the workflow items.
