SAP on RAC 10g - Standalone Enqueue Server and Replication Server

Hi,

I've gone through various documents that talk about the configuration of SAP with Oracle 10g RAC. I am familiar with the process of installing 10g RAC and understand that sapctl will be used to protect the sap resources - standalone enqueue server. I have a few questions based on this

.

1. The standalone enqueue server and and replication server must reside on the nodes that are hosting the oracle rac instances - in order to be protected by the 10g crs. Now I have an existing sap installation using single instance oracle 10g. - How do I move the standalone enqueue and replicated server to the nodes where RAC 10g will be installed?

2. Are there any documents that talk about the installation of the standalone enqueue and replicated server in this environment
