hai friends
what is the significance of message type HRMD_A,HRMD_ABA,HRMD_B

Regards
Krishna
Hi Krishna,
These message types are for the HR Master data in the system (Organization, Position, User, etc). They are primarily used for data transfer between systems. For example ECC (R / 3) to systems like SRM, CRM, E-Recruitement etc.
You have to complete the ALE / IDoc configuration for the required systems and need to use the transaction PFAL for the initiating the transfer of data.

The distribution model is created in transaction BD64. Create a model and, depending on the release, insert the message type HRMD_A or HRMD_ABA. As of Release 4.6C, you can use message type HRMD_ABA. For all of the earlier releases, you must enter HRMD_A.

HRMD_B is for distributing attributes from other system.
Pl. read the extract from the setup guide.
