PR Deletion

Dear All,

I am creating a reservation and PR for material components.Some times my client issues the material from project stock and some times they convert the PR into PO.

So if i have to issue by 412 Q ,and trying to delete the PR it is not showing the deletion flag in the edit mode and under quantities/dates tab closed tab is also greyed.

so please advice me how to deal with this scanario.

Hi Muzamil,

If deletion flag is greyed out , check this may be authorisation issue.

Another option, make the PR quantity to Zero, if it solves your purpose.

Hi,

I have access to all tcodes so no issue of authorisation,both deletion and qty fields are greyed.If i am creatin manual PR by me51n then after saving this in ME52N deletion as well as Qty fields are in editble mode.The problem is with automatic PRs which are created during Project release.

So pls advice,

Hello,

(1) Goto T.code ME52N.

(2) Enter PR number (shift+F5) which you want delete.

(3) Select the line item and delete by clicking the trash box icon.

Hi,

The trash box is greyed out as i mentioned in my question, so i cant delete it .
