In 7.0 EnhP1 Support Package 2, the SWC for this library will be delivered via the MIME repository. You will then be able to create your own Flash Island enabled components.
That is correct. We will deliver the compiled library in the MIME repository which you download and use in your Flex Builder projects. That way we have an easy mechanism to delivery new versions/fixes over time.
