Hi all,
We have a scenario in which both safety days supply and safety stock needs to be maintained. And target stock level should be calculated as summation of these two values.
But when we enter both values SNP planning book calculates target stock level as maximum of two parameters and not summation of these two parameters.
What configuration would require? Kindly suggest.

Hi Vaibhav,
I think you need to write a macro for the calculation you mentioned above.
Check maroc for the safety days supply and add SS and report the result .

Target Safety stock level is being calculated using "Target Stock Level method " mentioned in Product Location Master->Lot Size Tab->Quantity and date Determination....You can re-look at 7 options of methods or other options would be write a macro....
