Dear Friends,

I am using the follwing components in customising.

Visible components

Slot 1 - ISUSD PART

Slot 2 - CALL_STATE

Slot 4 - ABOX_SLIM

Slot 5 - NAV_AREA

Slot 6 - APPL_AREA_2

Invisible components

BD_MARK

CIC_TOOLBAR2.

But there are many hidden components in ISU as given below.

AUTOCALL (automatic action)

CALLBACK (calls back)

CIC_TOOLBAR (tool and menu bar), mandatory if the CIC_TOOLBAR2 is not used.

CIC_TOOLBAR2 (tool and menu bar), only for use if you need your own functions and function key settings

HLOG (logging)

CTI (telephone integration) for CALL_STATE

HIDDEN SCRPT (scripting) for SCRIPT_DISP

BD_MARK (selection function) with BD_DISPLAY

CALLCTR (Call Center) with CALL_STATE

*My questions are:*

*1. What are the mandatory hidden components to use?*

*2. What happens if I am not using BD_MARK?*

Regards,

Abdul Basith

Hello,

Some information that may be of use to you here:

There are three types of invisible components:

1. Independent components

-AUTOCALL (automatic action)

-CALLBACK (calls back)

-CIC_TOOLBAR (tool and menu bar), mandatory if the CIC_TOOLBAR2 is not used.

-CIC_TOOLBAR2 (tool and menu bar), only for use if you need your own functions and function key settings

-HLOG (logging)

2. Components without which certain visible components will not work:

-CTI (telephone integration) for CALL_STATE

-HIDDEN SCRPT (scripting) for SCRIPT_DISP

3.Components that can be used in combination with visible components:

-BD_MARK (selection function) with BD_DISPLAY

-CALLCTR (Call Center) with CALL_STATE

If you are not using telephone integration, you do not need the components CALL_STATE , SCRIPT_DISP, HIDDEN SCRPT, CALLCTR and CTI.

The CSEARCH_DISP and CSEARCH_HIDE components are not used in IS-U.

I hope this is of some use to you.

Regards

Olivia

Hi,

Use the following components

Visible Components

ISUSDPART

CALL_STATE - If you use CTI

ABOX_SLIM

NAV_AREA

APPL_AREA_2

Hidden Components

BD_MARK

CIC_TOOLBAR2

LAYOUTSWITCH

This meets all your requirements.

BD_MARK is used for Data finder.

Hope this solves your query
