Hi,
>>>1.How we can send data from one FTP Server to another FTP server thorugh SAP PI. 2. how PI will connect to FTP SERVER.
Using File adapter you can configure sender and receiver FTP server. You need to be sure that the IP and the port for sender and receiver ftp server is correct and port is open. Also both sender and receiver should have all authorizations.
In file adapter you can select the ftp and then you need to provide the server IP, port and user-password (in both cases : sender or receiver channel).

Integration Engine understands only XML messages. Now if u r handling normal text file such as 'tab separated' file,'# separated' file, or a CSV file, you need to convert the content of the file to XML and File Content Conversion mechanism helps to do this job. This File Content conversion mechanism(option)is present with the File Adapters.both Sender and Receiver.
For more details, u can refer to blogs,
If u select File Content Conversion as the message protocol, u can convert a text file that contains complex structures into an XML source format in this mode.
Integration Engine understands only XML messages. So it can deal with only XML files. But in real life u need to deal with flat files also (fixed length, comma separated, tab separated etc..).
Here FCC comes into picture.
