Hello all

without going into too much details and SAP help links, can someone tell , what is 'listing' in retail ?

maybe an example to elucidate.

Hi,

In Assortment you decide which articles you want to buy/sell in Distribution Center/Stores and in Listing you define the Period in which these activities should take place.

For e.g. you buy a New Seasonal Product which is for only for 3 months say June-August. The listing date will be defaulted based on the season defined .

Suppose you want to buy between 15 May-25th August and sell between 1st June and 31st August you will enter this data in MM41 Listing View.
