Exceed budget when create po

hi expert!

when I create po, the system give me warning message

exceed item 010 **(cost center name) /**(commitment item name) budget

message NO BP629

Diagnosis

In document item 010 ***(cost center name)/***(Commitment item name), payment budget **(company code) /**(commitment item) for fiscal year 2008 was exceeded by 1,000.00 RMB.

but I think there is stilll enought available budget in wbs, the system should not issue warning message, I am very confused!

Dear,

At this time system check budget of Cost Center.Because purchase order is creating against cost center.

Please check budget for cost center with KP07.

If you want to upload budget for cost enter go in KP06.

As per your requirement select layout,

Enter version, from to period, Cost center, cost element.

Than try to create purchase order.

hi,

try to check on the following:

original budget - maybe it is not sufficient because other amounts have been assigned or it has been distributed to lower level WBS

Budget release - maybe there is budget but it has not been released and the system is set to check against release, or released budget is distributed to lower levels

Tolerance limit - maybe you have sufficient budget/release but it has been configured to check against a lower tolerance limit..
