VL10D unable to make delivery

For IUTN transfer we are using Transport scheduling agreements

The Qty for dispatch is available at the supplying plant at specific SLoc.

But still unable to create delivery, The error massage created is

Only 0 EA of material available

7500048614 000230 An item with no delivery quantity is not permitted. Item will be deleted

When i entered batch in PO, then i am not getting this message.

Hi there,

In a PO, availability check is carried against plant.

It will display availability even if stock is there acroiss all storage loc.

Check in MD04 by giving the material and the plant...you can also click the tab Cust in the bottom to know wheather the material is blocked against some other order.

Hi there,

To do VL10D, you need to check if stock is there in storage loc.

to know the storage loc of the particular shipping point, go to OVL3. In that SC is the storage conditions. You will find the storage conditions in the material master Plant data / storage 1.

In MMBE, give that particular plant & storage loc & then check if stock is there.

Usually for sales orders, availability check is done at plant level. But for some deliveries, it is done at storage loc level.

Using MMBE check whether the material is available for this delivery or not.

The material may be blocked in other delivery for which PGI is pending.
