Not to be able to delete line items from sales orders

I have to do something so as not to be able to delete the line items from a sales order if I have already received a down payment for this sales order

Dear Stilianos

Assign Reason for Rejection for that line item and create a new line item in the same sale order.

Incidentally, why do you want to delete the line item ??

I want to prevemt users from deleting line items in case we have received a down payment.

They have many times deleted line items or even whole sales orders although we have received down payments. I want to solve this problem.

In that case, you can apply User exits in the program MV45AFZZ - USEREXIT_READ_DOCUMENT or USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT to prevent this.

a downpayment is a document created with reference to the sales order billing plan. Unless you are not using the standard process / flow, the users shouldn't be able to delete.

Can you please confirm?
