Support pack Issue

Dears,

I am facing one issue in applying Support package.

I am getting error :

Error in phase: CHECK_REQUIREMENTS

Reason for error: QUEUE_NOT_EMPTY

While In SPAM status is:

No queue has been define

SPAM status:green

In SAINT also there is no pending Support Pack.

Tried several times but same result.

Hi Deepak

In the phase CHECK_REQUIREMENTS

it checks the user is having the authorizations to do this activity.

and whether the tp connects to the database or not.

Better use the latest tp and R3trans tools.

If your SPAM status is already green, then there's no need to reset the queue.

Go into your transport directory \usr\sap\trans\buffer and look for the file with the same name as your SID. Rename this file to SID_old.

Then go into STMS, display your buffer and click the refresh button. Your buffer display should now be empty.

Retry SPAM.

Afterwards, rename the SID_old back to SID to restore the buffer.

try to reset the status of spam by

Run tcode SE37 (Functional module)

Program SPAM_RESET_STATUS

IV_FORCE - X

IV_TOOL - SPAM

IV_WITH_POPUP - X

Execute

retry the same

hope this will solve

Thanks for the suggestion.

But after executing Programme showing message that "Queue is empty no reset possible"

Please suggest.

why don't you use the latest r3trans ,tp ?
