File upload nad download

Hi, I want to practice Example on file upload and download, but Iam not getiing proper document on this ,

I searcheed few docs in SDN but those are with prerequsite of downloading project from SDN and working on it.

can I get a good doc which specifies FILE upload and down load example with clear steps from begining with out requiering to use already created project.

I have already seen this IN SDN, it requires Web Dynpro project TutWD_FileUpDownload_NW04s to be downloaded from SDN. I need a doc which explians from begining.

Yes you are right that requires some project to be download explicitly.May be the following links help you.Otherwise i have also implemented file upload(excel format) in my porject.If you want any help regarding that,you may ask anytime.
