Condition Record

Hi,

I have a condition record for particular condition ,which is valid from 01.09.2008 to 31.12.2008.

Now I want to change validity of this Condition Record from 01.08.2008 to 31.08.2008.

Since the period is not overlapping the first record is not getting cancelled.

Now We do not want condition record which is valid from 01.09.2008 to 31.12.2008.

I tried to delete it manually ,but DELETION INDICATOR is set for the same.

Please advice :-

1) Can i delete condition Record valid from 01.09.2008 to 31.12.2008 permanently.

2) While giving new validity for Condition Record from 01.08.2008 to 31.08.2008 ,how to disable condition Record ,which is valid from 01.09.2008 to 31.12.2008.

Hi,

Deletion Indicator set in the condition record means system will not consider this condition record. so after that u can create condition record again. Otherwise u can also go to change conditon record in VK12 and can change the validity period over there...

Hi,

If you want to change the validity period for the number of items in single record,click the select all button and then click on the change validity button....wherein you can change the date at the header level.

result would be all the item valid date would be changed...

If you want to change for only certain items,click go to in the menu then select overwiew of condition record,in that selct the items for which you want to change the date,then click the validity period...now you can change that to your desired dates.

Am not sure that you can delete,but you can always create a new record then the old record will be void
