Authorization Error for Integration Builder

Hi All,

I am facing the error while opening Integration builder " Authorization error; unknown user name or incorrect password"

I have installed Java Web Start of version 1.4.2_18 and in XI i am able to open System Landscape Directory but not Integration Builder.

Please help...

Hi,

Check the login credentials and also check whether you have authorizations to login using a particular user.

You need this Roles to Log into Integration Builder

check whether all the roles are assigned to the user (for log in)

First check that the user is not locked in su01.

Then check if it has required authorizations as below:

Done with all the roles to User but still the same error.
