Reverting back to old SP version

Hi All,

We deployed one Service Pack through JSPM and upgraded to version 10 to 12.

Now the Problem is we have revert back to old version.

How tom proceed further ?

Is it possible to do through JSPM the reverting to old version SP or we have to do it through SDM ?

Give me Solution ?

Though using SDM you can undeploy the components but it may cause inconsistencies in the system.

It might be difficult to go back to the previous version.

Only good option is, if you have Backup before applying SP , go for restore.

What is the procedure how to get back to the old version ?

Hi,

Just log on to to SDM you can find it at usr/sap/sid/instance/j2ee/sdm/program and start the remote gui

then enter your sdm password, there you will find the undeply tab just select that and select your component and here you go undeploy.
