How to increase sales area in TCODE VD01

when i create customer,i need another sales area. how to increase sales area ?

Hello,

Go to XD01, put customer no and new sales area and maintain sales area data for that customer master.

In this way u can extend particular customer to N nos of sales area.

Close this issue if answered.

when i create, this is the same error as flow

"slaes area N2S0 03 00 is not defined for this customer"

Hi

1. Check the sales area in assignment:Set up sales area

2. Check the sales organization+ Distribution Channel and Division in the following T. CODE

A. VOR1

B. VOR2

C. OVAO

D. OVAM

E. OVAN

After checking the above. Extend your customer to the required sales area

Hello,

First check the following:

1. XD02 - Customer No- Company code- Press Customer Sales Area.

2. Check whether N2SO-03-00 is appearing or not?

3. It seems u r using common division 00, go to SPRO - Enterprise Structure- Assignments- Assign Sales Organisation to Division and then set up Sales Area accordingly. Repeat the same procedure as mentioned in XD01 to extend the customer in Sales Area.

I mean there is no sales area i need , i want to increase a new one. now the new sales area i need is not been supported. I mean is there any place like IMG i need to set.

For example, now when i create a customer 1000222 for sales area 1000 01 01 . The error is that the sales area 1000 01 01 is not defined for this customer. so, what can i do ? help

I think u have defined common dist channel & division

If u had created customer with Common dist channel & division it is applicable to all sales area.

here has set zhe sales area 1000 01 01. the problem is how to append it into zhe ALL SALES AREA IN VD01???(I can't find the sales area 1000 01 01 in zhe ALL SALES AREA.)

Hello,

Check all the assignments in SPRO --> enterprise structure --> Assignments --> Sales and distribution.

Check whther the plant and division assignment, sales org and division assignment, sales org and DC assigment and check whether 1000 01 01 is existing in setup sales area?

Dear

I think you want to extend a customer master for another sales area..

Goto VD01.

Enter the customer number which you want to extend

Enter the Sales Area for which you want to extend the customer

you can extend one customer to another sales area

VD01 --> input the customer number --> enter the sales area

--> enter --> give the necessary details --> save.

tcode: VD01--> enter the customer code-> enter new sales area---enter & go to sales area view ---> complete the details & save
