Hi experts,
when i saved schedule agreement its saved perfectly saying "scheduling agreement is saved 30000053" , but when i go back to see that document in VA33 , it is saying " scheduling agreement 30000053 is not in database or not been archived".
How to come over this , I ve checked copying controls , they have been maintained correctly from source-DS to target LF.
I have found this below description in LOG
SD document 11882 is not in the database or has been archived
Message no. V1302
Diagnosis
This message is issued if no document header (VBAK) can be found
(discrepancies in R/3) for a sales requirement single record.
System Response
In the initial sales order supply, the following error message appears
'Document xxxxxx not available' V1 302.
Procedure
If an error occurs in initial data supply in APO, discrepancies have
occurred between the requirements and sales documents in R/3. This
discrepance can be corrected in R/3 using report SDRQCR21.
Let me know if i have to check anything else.
Thanks,
kanna.

Scheduling agreements contain Fixed delivery dates and fixed quantities
The word Fixed carries a lot of meaning here
These dates are available in the schedule lines of your scheduling agreement
Once dates are due, in the delivery due lists you can see your scheduling agreement
In scheduling agreemement the subsequent process is delivery
Scheduling agreement means scheduling your deliveries
You can also do delivery by vl01n transaction on that particular due date
Pls check whether you are creating delivery on the due dates displayed in the schedule lines of your scheduling agreement
