automatic contract renewal

Hi Gurus

We have a scenarios in our business where we have 'ever green contracts' . Which means unless the client / customer cancels the contract, the contracts are automatically renewd. I would like to know how we can implement this. As of now, the contract profiles do not seem to have the auto contract renewals. Will this mean customization? I know this exists on sap real estate etc and I am surprised we can't have this in SD?

I would really appreciate if some one can provide some suggestions..

Hi Jai

Do you have the possiblities to give some tips in the contracts renewal you have been doing. I am in the process to investigate the possiblities to have subscriptions in contracts and would like to have functionality like renewal.
