Have standard text (sentence) at the header of the billing document

I want to assign a standard sentence to the header of the billing document. With VOTXN, I have also created text fields. Can anybody explain me briefly how can I have the standard text that I have created with SO10 at a specific text field that I have created with VOTXN?

Hi,

Once you create a standard text in SO10, you will have to include the logic of fetching this text in the output program used for the output type for the billing document type. You can explain your ABAP'er about this logic addition in the output program and he'd be able to add this in few minutes of time.

Good Day,

Use Transactio SO10 and Create the Standard Text then Assign your Invoice header Text Fields.

Procedure is (VOTXN) Under Invoice Document Header Access Sequence you have DATA Transfer Field in that currently available 2 Example . you can utilize any one of this.

If you want to assign 2 then create standard text as

Text Name Should be RV_MEETING.

or

Use UserExist

USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_TVCOM_H and USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_TVCOM_I with the help of ABAP Consultant and pass relevent parameters.
