Error logging into ITS: Log on with a dialog user

Hi!

I'm very very new in this area, so please apologize if my question is either very naive or obvious.

After the configuration of the ITS Service in the Web Application Server, when I try to login into the ITS: http://<host>:<port>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/ I get the following error:

• The error occurred on the application server LB-SAPIDES-01_R3I_00 and in the work process 1 .

• The termination type was: ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE

• The ABAP call stack was:

Method: EXECUTE_REQUEST of program CL_HTTP_SERVER================CP

Function: HTTP_DISPATCH_REQUEST of program SAPLHTTP_RUNTIME

Module: %_HTTP_START of program SAPMHTTP

Could you please help me with this matter?

Hello Daniel,

The first is to make sure you're using a dialog user. Can the same user successfully logon using the SAPgui for Windows? If so you will then need to look into the developer trace to see what the error is....go to SM50 and see the trace for DIA workprocess 1 in this case.

Edgar, firstly thank you for your fast answer.

I've just logged in successfully into the DSD Administration Console with the same user, but this time with no problems. Anyway thanks for your teachings.
