Sendin eMail via SCOT error Problem

Dear all,

when I want to send a Mail via TC "SCOT" it comes a Message and the mail

is not send.

This is the error Message:

21.08.2008 18:49:21 SX_PERFORM_SMTPSEND G mailadress 829

21.08.2008 18:49:21 SX_PERFORM_SMTPSEND G 829 = 554 <mailadress>: Relay access denied

Can anyone help me?

That is your problem. You need to configure your mail server to allow the system to send emails through it. In other words speak to your system administrator and tell him to configure the mail server to allow the above system to relay mail through it.

Hello Damian,

There is not with the similar kind of error. However, the error number you are getting is 829 and the error given in that note is 837. However, I suggest you to go through the following Note and check the settings.

Note 439948 - Internet mail is not sent (error 837)
