PO Issue

Hi All,

Implementation Scenario: Extended Classic Scenario

User has created shopping cart and then raised PO,now he found that he wants to do some changes say new vendor or supplier to be assigned.User has now cancelled / deleted a PO.Now we should the same in Sourcing Cockpit,how can we see?

if I understand you correctly what you are expecting is that

when all the PO items are deleted the SC should reappear in purchaser's sourcing cockpit for reassignment of SOS

this is similar to ECC condition that

PO is created wrt PR and

when the ECC PO items are deleted the same PR items can be again used for PO creation

this should be possible as SAP business principle

remember seeing some FM which should be run for this purpose

Hi Naveen,

If i understand your question you want to see the deleted po in sourcing cockpit?

If i remember you must select status : deleted otherwise it won't come up.

Your right, but SAP has released the following note inorder to establish a link between deleted P.O's and shopping cart.

Cause and Prerequisites

The object link between shopping cart and purchase order is lost during the

deletion of the purchase order.

The connection between the shopping cart and the deleted purchase order has

to be imported via auxiliary variables in order to reconstruct the deleted

object link.

Solution

Import the new Support Package or implement the attached correction

instructions.
