Hi,
is it possible to use BAdI for changing data in container? I would need to store history of statuses of support messages. If it is possible could you shortly describe to me how? Or else could you advice to me how could I store the history?

Hi,
You can get the status history of ticket from following table,
CRM_JCDS. You can use time field to sequence the status.
Other helpful tables are CRM_JSTO,CRM_jest. You have to find the logic.
