Printing Issue

Hello,

One of customer able to take print (PO) from SAP but the problem in logo is printing inverted mirror image. The printer he is using has been defined in SPAD. Functional guys are telling it is Basis problem. I am not able to decide whose this problem.

Please help out from this problem.

1.Make sure the image is stored in .gif format, .jpg format

3.seems to be a driver problem.
