Printing window in last page of smartform

Hi All,

In my smartform, I am having a TOTAL window to print the total of all line items. Its a seperate window and not included in main window.

In my smartform there is only one page. But as the line items increase, the main window extends to form more than one page.

I wanted to print TOTAL window on the last page. I have clicked the options:

1. ONLY AFTER END OF MAIN WINDOW and

2. ALWAYS DRAW BOX AND SHADING

The problem which I am facing is that, when I click the first option, the text in the TOTAL window is getting displayed on the last page. But when I am clicking the second option, the box is appearing on all pages. Box and text is appearing on the last page.

I am using SAP 4.6C.

Hi joshi,

Create the text node after the table in the main window for the total line items.

In the text node conditions tab

check the check box:

only after the main window.

only on the page : page 1.

then in older versions we have to use program lines in the window and in that you have to call the subroutine 'SET_LATE_WINDOW' of the program SAPLSTXBC.

Hi gaurav,

Create a window after your main window as total line items.

Then the total line items will be displayed after main window.

Hi,

Just make the window as Final and in the conditions use the following.

SFSY-PAGE = SFSY-FORMPAGES.

And use the Always Box....and not the first event 'After end of ...'

I am creating a smartform on SAP 4.6C. I am not able to find the option to make the window type as final.

Please help.

juat make a normal window..and in the conditions tab

put the condition

SFSY-PAGE = SFSY-FORMPAGES.

this will solve ur issue and display the totals window only at the last page.
