Hi!

I would like to know whether or not it is possible the following scenario:

In each of the following case I would like to get a E-Mail notification:

- Creation of new change Request

- Approval/Cancelltion of Change Request

- Creation of new urgent correction

- change of status for urgent corretion

in spro opn the Action def of SDCR and SDHF and then

Create the mailing actions with Start and schedule condition as required based upon the status.

Assign this action profile to your SDHF and SDCR.
