Hi Nithya,
Once BIC Mapping is done, then in XI Configuration, you need to use BIC Mapping as a module which can be used as a runtime version of your BIC Mapping. To configure the BIC converter, the module must be entered in the processing sequence (modulesequence) of and the parameters of the module must be entered in the configuration table. Both are located on the module tab page of the communication channel.
In the processing sequence use the bean localejbs/CallBicXIRaBean.
Use the parameters
mappingName
destTargetMsg
destSourceMsg
onOwnParameter

BIC can be used as Adapter module for XI adapters. If u r using the standard BIC module, then u can directly configure it in the communication channel module tab. However, if u have created a custom mapping in BIC, then u will have to deploy it first on the adapter engine. Again it is used under the module tab of ur communication channel. But this time ur module parameters specifying the "Mapping Name" changes.
