PO still appears in the pending for confirmations queue

Hi Experts,

Can any one tell , Although for a PO the confirmations has been done and GR got created and Invoice is also done.

The PO has a delivery completion indicator, and GR also got final delivery indicator checked.

But still it appears in the list of pending confirmations queue in the SRM . along with many other Pos which waiting for confirmation this PO is also in the list. which actually should not appear.

we are using SRM version 4.

Please help me

Hi pradeep,

Infact the issue is same , but it seems it cannot help me out because we dont have a Variant set here in our Job.

to untick the delivery completed indicator.

As said below.

the Report BBP_GET_STATUS_2 ( in the job variant the check box related delivery completed is unticked) from the R3 if the goods recipet is done in R3

would like to discuss similar situation which we had faced,

for SSP CLASSIC the SCs used to reappear in the purchaser's sourcing cockpit after the PO created in ECC.

we analysed the issue and found that BBP_GET_STATUS_2 is flagging again the sourcing indicator of SC item.

Copied and created a custom programme to avoid this.

Not sure but you may check with yr ABAP team if the similar is yr case.
