VC SDK

Hello VC experts,

I'm quite new to VC 7.1 and there seems to be a VC SDK available, which might be interesting for us. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be much documentation about this on SDN.

Can we already use this functionality and if yes, is there any good introduction or guide available for the VC SDK ?

Hello,

Visual composer can be extended by writing specialized kits (combining javascript, java and XML files).

However, kits are being developed only inside SAP. Developing a new kit for VC requires full coordination and support from VC core development group. You can say that the SDK is for internal use only and has not been released to customers, nor is it planned to be released.

This is why you cannot find documentation on the subject.
