Just created Sales order could not be found in the database...

One sales order has just been created...

Then i perform VA03 or SE11-VBAK...

I could not find this order...

Anywhere of what program has been changed for this???

hi

while saving document have u got any error message like

document is archived or so???

contact your basis team as this is mostly related to database

Dear Hoo Laa

- First check in SE16 Table VBAK whether that order is saved

- Go to VOV8, select your order type and see whether C is maintained for the field [SD document categ]

1)No this order in VBAK.

2)VOV8, the SD document category has been maintained as 'C' already.
