Creation of “subcon PO from a P.R. created automatically with CJ20n

Dear All,

We tried to create a new P.O, of u201CZSu201D type, including the former P.R using a drag-and-drop, and choosing the u201CLu201D characteristics to have a u201Csubcontracting POu201D but system is giving error message as "Doc type/Item Category ZS - ZS/L not maintained correctly"

We have maintain all document type settings for both PR & PO but then also system does not allow us to create Subcontracting PO from the PR automatically generated via Project Builder (CJ20N).

We also tried to change PR & add item category "L" but system does not allow it.

Can you pls. tell what may be the probelm.

Hi Hemant,

Check in IMG whether you have maintain the combination settings for Account assignment categories.

MM>Purchasing>Account Assignment>Define Combination of Item Categories/Account Assignment Categories.

I will check on this. Here do you mean that I shall assign Acc. Cat "N - Network" for Item Category "L" ? What is link here?
